Please Note: At this time, the Department of Campus Recreation can no longer accept third-party (non-university) reservations.

Acceptable forms of payment include cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and University account transfer.
All facility reservations must adhere to the University’s parking policies. Options available to community members include the Park & Ride Program or opting to pay for a Daily Visitor’s Pass. Please visit the

Outdoor reservations are subject to sudden cancellation resulting from inclement weather conditions. In the event of cancellation due to weather, Campus Recreation will make every effort to transfer your reservation to a more favorable date and time.
By submitting this request, your organization agrees to:
Safeguard the facility and its furnishings
Return the facility to its original setting following the event
Dispose of trash properly
Pay all fees and charges associated with facility usage
Furthermore, your organization agrees to reimburse the department for maintenance or housekeeping costs resulting from misuse of the facility.
Due to increased reservation requests, any reservation that is not cancelled prior to the scheduled event and the group does not show will still be assessed the full reservation cost.
Groups that cancel events 72 hours or less before an event will still be charged the reservation fee. If the reservation fee is not paid by the deadline associated with the reservation, a late fee will be assessed.
It is recommended that reservation requests be made at least 7 days in advance. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
The submission of a request does not guarantee a reservation.
